Chappie is set in the not so distant future, where robotic police forces are the norm and crime rates are down.
When one police droid is stolen and given new programming, he acquires the ability to think and feel for himself.
But will he be used for good or for evil?
With a heap of stars including Sigourney Weaver, Hugh Jackman and Dev Patel, the film looks pretty promising, but what did our Muireann O'Connell make of it?
