Today on Dublin Talks we spoke to a woman who has been left absolutely devastated by an incident which happened last week involving her dog, Buddy, in the DSPCA doggy daycare centre.
She told us about what happened to Buddy and listeners' (and ourselves) were in tears listening to her. People couldn't believe what they were hearing!!
