Folks,

98FM's weekly sports show "Now That's What I Call Sport" airs every Sunday morning from 9-10am.

Presented by myself Johnny Lyons, this week's show broadcast on Sunday January 12th features the following guests :

1. Paul McGrath -

MOYES SHOULD WALK THE PLANK NOW !

No,no, no screams Big Paul!

The original Black Pearl shines like a beacon in his support of the embattled Man U manager David Moyes.

And, do you know something, he's right.

I often wonder can you sack a manager that's already retired?

Cos that's I feel like doing with Sir Alex who left his successor with a dud team.

Jack Charlton did the same thing with Ireland.

So watch out Sir Alex and Big Jack - here comes the Johnny guillotine!

Retrospective sackings how are ya !

Big Paul's a big fan of Moyesey and he's sure the Scot's the right man and should be given as much time as he needs to turn the Man U oil tanker around.

We'll also chew the cud with The Big Man about all the hot transfers du jour.

2. Bernard Jackman -

Who's the Irish top dog in France at the moment?

You're probably gonna say ROG or Johnny - well you'd be wrong.

The Jackmeister is wagging his tail from the higher echelons of the French top flight.

I say a big congratulations to Bernard for doing such a good job as forwards coach with Grenoble he's been given the head coach job for next season.

And fair play to little known Grenoble - they've just gone and beaten the Euro champs Toulon away from home.

Bernard is, of course, a former Leinster frontrower and is on to give us his expert opinion on the big Heineken European Cup tie at Castres on Sunday.

We'll also hear his thoughts on the possible influx of more top class Irish players into the Top 14 in France.

3. Oran Tully -

Now I dunno what you got up to on Christmas Day afternoon but I caught a really extra special edition of "My Special Day" on Sky Sports News.

It featured a very special Dubliner 14 year Oran Tully from Skerries.

He's suffered from bladder and bowel problems since he was born.

The way I slaughter a nice big juicy steak and you quaff a nice cold beer - well that ain't the way brave Oran goes about his life.

He's fed and watered intravenously during the night after his parents have spent a couple of hours setting up the procedure.

Well Oran's passion is Chelsea FC and he got to meet his hero John Terry after seeing him in action at Stamford Bridge.

Oran got to meet all the players and his enthusiasm was unbridled as he nabbed an exclusive with the billionaire Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich - trivia fans it was the first time Roman has ever been interviewed on tv - and there was a memorable exchange with JT about his meeting with Rafa Nadal!

I have to say JT came across as a real nice guy and - if truth be told - the whole show brought a tear to Johnny's eye!

And John Terry keeps in touch with Oran - I'll have to nab his mobile number from him !

4. Surfing Special -

The weather has certainly been conducive to the oul surfing!

With Godzilla size waves battering the coasts it's been Surf's Up all round !

So - being the nice man I am - I sent our intrepid watersports reporter Emmet Condon to ride the crest of the biggest wave there is and - while avoiding death by drowning - do some goddamn interviews !

Emmet Condon, in between gulping down large quantities of H2O, stuck the 98 mic in front of big wave surfers Peter Conroy, Barry Mottershead and Nic Von Rupp who faced the full fury of nature at Mullaghmore in Sligo during last week's storms.

Competition:

2 pairs of tix for Leinster against Ospreys in the Heineken European Cup next week at the RDS.

Thanks,

Johnny.
