A man and woman in their 20s have been arrested following a shop robbery in Dundrum.
It happened at approximately 9.10pm last night on the Dundrum Road.
A man and woman entered the convenience store and took a sum of cash. The man was armed with what was believed to be a knife.
However no injuries were reported.
Gardaí arrested two people a short time later and they were held at Dún Laoghaire Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
Both have since been charged in connection with this incident and will appear before Dún Laoghaire District Court this morning.
