Two men are due in court this morning after a €2.5 million drugs seizure in north Dublin.
The discovery was made when officers from the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau stopped and searched three cars in the Blakes Cross area on Saturday afternoon.
It was part of an intelligence led operation, targeting organised criminality.
They found cocaine worth €2.5 million and arrested three men.
Two of them, who are in their 40s and 50s, have been charged in connection to the investigation.
They will appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice this morning.
A third man in his 40s has been released without charge. A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
