Rochelle Humes and Melvin Odoom will host The Xtra Factor. The news was confirmed this morning, with Rochelle telling fans she is 'beyond excited'. She tweeted: ''I'm beyond excited to join the brilliant @TheXFactor team and to be a part of the contestants #TheXFactor experience!''
Melvin, who hosts a breakfast radio show in London, says he's always been a massive fan of the show: 'To get to present The Xtra Factor is a dream for me. We are there to support the contestants and have fun - I'm really looking forward to it.'
It's believed Irish presenters Laura Whitmore and Eoghan McDermott had been in the running for the role, left open by last year's host Sarah Jane Crawford.
Nick Grimshaw, Rita Ora, Simon Cowell and Cheryl Fernadez-Versini will sit on the panel this year, with Caroline Flack and Olly Murs returning to present the main show.
