Channel 5 has confirmed Gillian McKeith will enter the Big Brother house tonight. In a statement the network says: "Tonight, LIVE on Celebrity Big Brother, holistic food & lifestyle guru Gillian McKeith, will pay an unexpected visit to the Big Brother house.
"Over the next few days, the celebrities will be put to the test in the ultimate January detox as prescribed by Gillian."
However, Gillian will not participate in nominations and will not be evicted.
Big Brother returns tonight from 9PM.
