The trailer for Selling Sunset season four is here - and it's a doozy.
The Netflix reality series promises more drama than ever as two new realtors join the Oppenheim Group.
Newcomer Vanessa Villela clashes with Mary Fitzgerald right off the bat, while fellow newbie Emma Hernan's long-simmering rivalry with Christine Quinn comes to a head.
"I'm here to work, and hopefully none of this high school drama, like I've dealt with for years, can stay like Christine: out of mind," Emma declares.

The new season comes as a spinoff to the hit show, Selling The OC, was confirmed.
