Flack died by suicide on February 15th 2020.
Her mother Christine and twin sister Jody both feature in the programme, along with friends including Olly Murs and Dermot O'Leary.
The film, which features previously unseen footage and childhood home videos, was originally supposed to be a documentary about Flack while she was alive.
Lee McMurray, one of the commissioners for Channel 4 Factual Entertainment, said: "After working closely with Caroline throughout 2019, we agreed to make a film with her that would tell her story and reveal what it's like to live in the glare of such intense scrutiny.
"Sadly, that film will never be made.
"We hope this project will be a testament to Caroline's character, work and legacy, and we're deeply grateful to her family and friends for their involvement."
The trailer for the documentary comes as tributes to Flack were shared on social media following the first anniversary of her death.
A release date for the documentary is yet to confirmed.
