Travis Kelce has landed his first major acting role. The NFL player is best known these days for being the boyfriend of one of the most famous women in the world - Taylor Swift.
However now it's time for him to try his hand at acting as Ryan Murphy has offered him a role in his upcoming series Grotesquerie.
Ryan Murphy is the man who's brought us huge shows like Glee and American Horror Story, and it seems Grotesquerie will follow a similar genre to the latter.
However we don't know a lot about the show so far, the news about Travis Kelce's casting was brought to us by his costar-to-be Nash Betts on Instagram.

"Guys, guess who I am working with on Grotesquerie..." Nash-Betts announced in a video shared on Instagram.
Then Travis suddenly appears in the frame, responding: "Jumping into new territory... with Niecy." He has also shared the clip with his 6.4 million followers on Instagram.
"This is what happens when winners link up!!?" Nash-Betts captioned the video. "@killatrav Welcome to Grostequerie!"
Casting Travis Kelce makes a lot of sense for Ryan Murphy, as the show creator is known for casting huge celebrities who aren't known for their acting skills. Lady Gaga, Stevie Nicks and Kim Kardashian have all starred in different series of American Horror Story.
Production of Grotesque has begun now and it's predicted the show will air sometime in autumn.
