Lenny Henry and Dylan Moran are among the cast joining Netflix fantasy prequel series The Witcher: Blood Origin.
Set in an elven world 1200 years before the world of The Witcher, Blood Origin will chart the creation of the first prototype Witcher, and the events that lead to the pivotal ‘Conjunction of the Spheres’, when the worlds of monsters, men, and elves merged to become one.

Henry will play the role of Balor, while Moran joins in the role of Uthrok One-Nut.
The Nest's Mirren Mack and It's A Sin's Nathaniel Curtis will also star in the series.

Laurence O’Fuarain (Vikings), Sophia Brown (Marcella) and Michelle Yeoh (Crazy Rich Asians) were previously announce to lead the six-part series.
The Witcher was a huge hit for the streaming giant, with 76 million households “choosing to watch” the show in its first month of release.
