Game of Thrones fans have been wondering why Cersei Lannister and Bron Of The Blackwater never cross paths in the show.
Bron, is the best friend of her brother and incestuous lover Jamie but the two never interact on the show and that’s not down to the writers.
Their story is deliberately kept separate to keep the two actors portraying the characters apart.
According to a 2014 report in The Telegraph, Lena Headey, who plays Cersei and Jerome Flynn the actor in the role of Bronn used to be an item.
Their relationship did not end on good terms according to reports and as the pair are yet to patch things up, showrunners have decided to keep them apart on screen.
It was made blatantly clear in the most recent episode when Bronn made an oddly timed exit before a crucial meeting.
He decides to go for a drink with Podrick before Cersei arrives to meet with Daenerys and Jon Snow for the first time.
An insider said: “Jerome and Lena aren’t on speaking terms anymore and they are never in the same room at the same time.
“It’s a pity because they appeared to have patched things up for a while, but now the word is they should be kept apart at all costs.”
