Planet Earth II Beats X Factor In TV Ratings

Sunday night TV is jam packed these days, so it's no surprise that the competition is fierce!

Last night, more people tuned in to watch Planet Earth II's desert episode than they did to watch the X Factor. The program, which is narrated by Sir David Attenborough, drew an average of 9.7 million viewers, while the X Factor was watched by around 6.1 million.

Strictly Come Dancing still leads the way with a peak of 11.4 million, and I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here drew 9.1 milllion viewers, peaking at 10.1 million.
