One Direction are making Christmas dreams come true. They'll feature on the festive edition of Surprise Surprise to suprise two of their biggest fans.
Eva Hooley organised the surprise to cheer up her daughter who became seriously ill three years ago.
The show will air on Stephen's Day at 7PM.
