I’m A Celeb kicked off yesterday evening, with all of this year’s campmates landing down in the Australian jungle.
Some camp mates skydived into the camp, others (including Nigel Farage) were thrown into the Australian outback and had to search a snake-infested campervan for tokens.

The remaining camp mates had to take part in a challenge which involves abseiling on the side of a skyscraper.

People were interested to see how Jamie Lynn Spears got on, another controversial character as Britney fans protest she’s going in to dish the dirt on her famous sister.
In her VT for the shows promotion, Jamie Lynn doesn’t mention Britney’s name at any point, stating she’s best known for being an actress and singer (we might argue with you there girl!)
This continued awkwardly in the camp last night when Josie made reference to Jamie Lynn being from a musical family and Jamie Lynn tiptoed around saying Britney’s name.

Just before the show ended, presenters Ant and Dec went into the camp to tell the celebrities who has been voted to take on the first bushtucker trial of the show.
Nigel Farage did not appear to be surprised when he heard his name! The other celebrity picked to take part in the challenge was TikToker Nella Rose.

Before going into the jungle Nigel Farage said that he may be limited in what challenges he can do due to health issues. The politician suffered some back injuries during a minor plane crash during the 2010 election.
We hope they don’t let him off easy!
