New Episode For 'The Guards: Inside The K' Airs Wednesday
Inside the K looks at the harsh realities of being a member of An Garda Síochána in the K district.
The K district encompasses Blanchardstown, Finglas and Cabra.
The documentary style TV show depicts the wave of crime that has hit the area. It highlights to the public how drug violence has taken a hold of these communities and has become commonplace.
The first episode featured car chases, arrests and property searches.
A public outpouring of support for the guards followed the first episode. There is huge public sympathy for the law abiding citizens in these crime hit areas.
The show points out the many people in 'The K' that resent crime and casual drug use.

Episode 2:
Episode 2 airs on Wednesday March 11th at 9pm on Virgin Media One.
In the second episode a house is raided and large sums of money are discovered.
