Netflix has announced the release date for Season 2 of Narcos. All ten episodes will premiere on September 2nd at 12.01am on Netflix.
The crime thriller series, set and filmed in Colombia, tells the story of notorious drug kingpin Pablo Escobar, who became a billionaire through the production and distribution of cocaine.
Narcos stars Wagner Moura as Escobar alongside Boyd Holbrook and Pedro Pascal as real-life DEA agents Steve Murphy and Javier Peña.
A teaser for the original Netflix series has also premiered.
Season 1 of Narcos is available on Netflix now.
