Are you obsessed with the story of Dirty John? Netflix has added a new documentary about the real life of John Meehan.
Dirty John, The Dirty Truth has already been a massive hit with true crime fans.
The description reads: "Interviews with former girlfriends, ex-wives and police detectives detail the chilling decades-long criminal career of serial predator John Meehan.
The documentary, along with the recent TV show, are both based on the hit podcast Dirty John from Los Angeles Times writer Christopher Goffard.

Season one of Dirty John stars Eric Bana and Connie Britton.
The eight-part true crime anthology series, based on the 2017 podcast, follows the events of an online dating relationship turned dangerous that shocked the world.
The show was originally broadcast by US network Bravo.

Storyline
The description reads:
"Debra Newell has a seemingly perfect life: she’s successful, beautiful and lives in one of California’s most desirable coastal cities, Newport Beach. The only thing missing is love.
"So when she finally meets charming and handsome doctor John Meehan, she’s quickly swept into a whirlwind romance, much to the dismay of her daughters Terra and Veronica..
