The release of the John Lewis Christmas advert always gets us into the festive spirit.
Now, a teaser for this year's highly anticipated ad has apparently been released.
The 10-second clip shows a hand knocking on a snow-covered door before it begins to creak open.
We then catch a glimpse of a fire-lit room inside.
A Twitter account called @ExcitableEdgar tweeted the clip with the caption:
"Meet Edgar. 14.11.19 #ExcitableEdgar".

Will Edgar resemble the dragon-shaped door knocker?
The retailer hasn't officially claimed ownership of the clip. However, the company has released similar teasers in previous years.

The Twitter account's bio also hints that it belongs to the retailer.
It reads: "Loves all things festive. Christmas trees, Christmas food, Christmas snow, Christmas lights…"

John Lewis' Christmas ads usually feature the music of a famous singer with Elton John starring last year.
The identity of this year's artist has yet to be revealed. Lewis Capaldi, George Ezra and Sam Smith are all front runners.
We can't wait!
