Jeremy McConnell has taken a paternity test live on ITV's This Morning to clarify if he is the father of his ex-girlfriend Stephanie Davis' baby.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star and Hollyoaks actress gave birth to Caben-Albi last month.
On the show, Jeremy opened up about his toxic relationship with Stephanie and revealed that he just wants reassurance that he is actually the father of her baby.
He also responded to Stephanie's claims about him not wanting to be at the birth of the child, refusing to take a DNA test, and shared that if he is the father, he would like to be involved in his child's life.
When asked if he wanted to be a Dad, he answered "of course, you step up to the plate".

Jeremy then took a DNA test.

The pair had a turbulent on-off relationship after meeting on Celebrity Big Brother last year. They split in April 2016 and Stephanie discovered she was pregnant a month after.
Jeremy previously said: “I never said the baby wasn’t mine, all I said was that there was a doubt because she was with other men in the first two weeks of April." He continued “Before we went to Cape Verde, we were broken up for two weeks – and I have no idea who she was sleeping with then.”
Meanwhile, Stephanie has hit back. She released a statement on Twitter shortly after the episode of This Morning aired.
