There's talks that HBO are going to be making a movie adaptation of the TV series, Deadwood.
The western themed show ran for three seasons from 2004-2006 and won an Emmy Award.
A HBO spokesperson told Variety that "very preliminary discussions" have been taking place to bring back the series as a movie.
Garret Dillahunt played Francis Wilcott on the show and from his tweets, seems to be fully on board with the potential film.
So uh....I'm hearing credible rumors about a #Deadwood movie. #Everybodypray

Don't get too excited just yet though. HBO had announced two Deadwood movies back when the show was cancelled in 2008, but nothing ever came from those plans.
