According to recent reports, Warner Bros. is currently in the early stages of developing a Harry Potter TV series for its streaming service, HBO Max.
While details are still scarce, sources have suggested that the series will be a prequel of sorts, exploring new characters and storylines set in the wizarding world.
For fans who have been following the franchise since the beginning, the idea of a Harry Potter TV series may seem like a dream come true. OG fans of the books (ie. me, the person writing this article) have made their complaints about the crucial contents of a 500 page book being left out of a 2 and half hour movie (I'm over it, it's fine).

There's no denying that those who are cast as Harry, Ron and Hermione will have some big shoes to fill. It'll be hard for us to picture anyone playing those roles except Danielle Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson!
