Game Of Thrones is back for its sixth season, and the much anticipated release date is here.
The hugely successful fantasy series premieres in the US on Sunday ,April 24, and will be shown on Sky Atlantic on Monday, April 25.
Viewers will finally get to see if Jon Snow pulls through after being left for dead by the Night's watch at the end of season five.
Those waiting for the book however, will have to wait. Author George RR Martin recently confirmed that A Song of Ice and Fire series will not be published before the sixth season is aired.
