Dr Marie Cassidy has been revealed as the fifth contestant to take part in the next series of Dancing With The Stars.
Dr Marie is best known for being the first woman to be state pathologist in Ireland, having worked in the role for 14 years before retiring in 2018.

During her time in that role she worked on every high-profile case in Ireland. Since then, Marie has made a documentary and wrote a book detailing her career.
Speaking on joining the show's line-up, Dr. Marie Cassidy has said she hasn't stopped smiling.
"It's going to be a challenge as I'm not used to having fun. But bring it on, the more sequins the better. Just got to learn to dance! Over to you, partner."
Dancing With The Stars begins in January on RTE1 and RTE Player, for what is rumoured to be its last series.
