It's getting closer and closer!
It'll only be a matter of time before Big Brother is back on our screens - what can we expect?
Well here's what we do know:
The Format:
The Big Brother reboot will follow the same format that we're used to. A group of contestants plucked from the ordinary world, who have to live in a house together away from the normality.
Although a brand new house is being built for this Big Brother comeback, it will still be fitted with microphones and live cameras galore for monitoring the "housemates" 24/7.
Throughout the competition, viewers will get to vote for their favourite housemates and the ones with the fewest votes will face an "eviction." The last remaining housemate wins a cash prize.
Where will it air?
The reboot has been taken over by ITV and it has been confirmed that it will air on Virgin Media One and Virgin Media Player here in Ireland.
Who is presenting?
The new series of Big Brother will be presented by AJ Odudu and Will Best. AJ Odudu is best known for her work on Strictly Come Dancing and Will is best known for presenting T4 On The Beach. The two are great friends in real life which will hopefully make for great on-screen chemistry!
Who are the contestants?
No contestants have been revealed just yet.
When does it start?
ITV have confirmed Big Brother will start in October but we are yet to get an official date!
