They're continuing to do us proud!

The TV Baftas took place in London last night and it was a big night for the Irish with Derry Girls and Bad Sisters scooping up awards.

Siobhán McSweeney won best performance in a comedy for Derry Girls, while Lisa McGee claimed the award for best scripted comedy.

Everyone's talking about Siobhán McSweeney's acceptance speech, which was emotional and gas at the same time.

This is the moment Derry Girls won the award for best scripted comedy, with the amazing Lisa McGee accepting the award for her creation.

She was joined by some of the cast and crew of the show on the stage and was mortified that the world saw her comfy shoes 😂

Meanwhile Bad Sisters also won big with Anne-Marie Duff taking home the award for best supporting actress, while the show itself won Best Drama Series.

We love to see it!

Other big wins were Ben Whimshaw getting the leading actor award for This Is Going To Hurt and Kate Winslet winning leading actress for I Am Ruth, where she acted alongside her real-life daughter.

A 98FM favourite, The Traitors, won big as well! The one-of-a-kind reality show won the award for best scripted reality and Claudia Winkleman won the award for best entertainment award for hosting the show.

She used her speech time for some masterful manipulation 😂
