“I just started to feel overwhelmed.”
Tulisa was the third campmate to leave the I’m A Celeb jungle this week, and fans noticed soon after leaving that she’d removed all the I’m A Celeb posts from her Instagram soon after.
It’s become common place on a number of reality shows now that while contestants are away from their phones, a friend or management will look after their social media and post on their behalf.
It’s unclear who was managing Tulisa’s social media while she was in the jungle, but when she started removing all the posts related to I’m A Celeb, viewers immediately started speculating that Tulisa wasn’t happy with how her social media was used in her absence.
Now Tulisa is setting the record straight and giving the real reason she removed all the I’m A Celeb posts from her Instagram feed.
The N-Dubz singer came onto her Instagram stories last night and gave her reasoning for why she deleted the posts.

“Just so you know, when I came out of the jungle, I felt fine first of all and then that evening my friends went to bed,” she explained.
“I was on my Instagram trying to have a nice little scroll at some funny stuff.”
“I was getting a lot of attention, a lot of bombarding in all the most positive way. But because it’s been a while for me I can get overwhelmed quite easily,” she explained.
“This is all feeling just a little bit much at the moment. I’m just going to archive all my stuff to do with the jungle,” she admitted.
“Then when the time is right and I’ve had a little time to process I’m going to make my own reels of all my best bits I really like.”
