The company that owns Topshop is planning to close 23 stores across the UK and Ireland.
A number of Dublin branches are among those proposed for closures.
A major restructuring of the Acradia group will affect Topshop, Topman and Miss Selfridge outlets.
A number of Evans, Dorothy Perkins and Burton stores will also close.
520 jobs are at risk at Arcadia Group, the fashion empire owned by British Entrepreneur Philip Green.
The retail group's proposals will also see rents cut at nearly 200 shops.
The stores proposed for possible closure in Dublin are:
- St Stephen's Green (Topshop/Miss Selfridge)
- Jervis (Topshop Topman)
- Henry Street (Evans/Wallis)
- Liffey Valley (Wallis)
