This is a jump from employing fewer than 20 staff in Dublin at the start of the year.
It is part of further investment to the country following the announcement that it is to build its European Data Centre here by 2022 at a cost of around 420 milliion euro.
Over 100m people in Europe are active on the video sharing app every month.
TikTok says Ireland has a strong pool of skilled and diverse talent and a booming digital and technology sector, making it an attractive base for the platform.
