Three men have been charged in relation to a burglary and attempted burglary in Skerries.
Gardai tried to stop a car on South Strand on Wednesday afternoon, but it fled the scene and was found abandoned nearby.
The driver escaped while gardai arrested the two passengers.
Gardai searched the car and found property stolen in a burglary reported nearby earlier that day.
During follow up searches, the driver of the car was arrested.
All three men aged in their 20s, 30s and 40s have been charged and appeared before Balbriggan District Court.
