The book's website describes it as "full of insight, revelation, self-examination, and hard-won wisdom about the eternal power of love over grief"
Prince Harry married Meghan Markle in 2018 and in January 2020, the couple stepped down as senior members of the royal family and moved to the Duchess's native Southern California.
The pair sat down for a tell-all interview with Oprah a year after parting ways with the Royal Family where they revealed that the immense scrutiny from the British public and media led to the move.

Alongside Oprah, Prince Harry hosted a documentary series called 'The Me You Can't See' and spoke of the mental health issues both he and Meghan experienced that led to them stepping down from their royal titles.
"Spare" is set to be released on January 10th next year.
