Looking for a fun day out this weekend?
Grab your active wear as the Irish Wheelchair Association's Run'n'Roll is on this Sunday, proudly supported by Liberty Insurance.
It's a family fun run for people of all ages and abilities to support IWA. You have the choice to walk or run 2.5k or 5k, as IWA and Liberty look to promote an inclusive society for people with disabilities.
Happening this Sunday, September 3rd at 1pm in St. Anne's Park, Raheny, it's sure to be good craic and it's not too late to register.
You can sign up online at iwa.ie/runroll or popupraces.ie.

Thanks to Liberty’s support, 100% of race registration fee goes to the IWA, and Liberty Insurance will also donate €1 per participant to IWA.
Plus as a thanks for taking part, you'll get a race t-shirt, goodie bag and a medal!
The music will be pumping and there will be face painters and prizes up for grabs, making it a great day out for all the family. Disability activists like Joanne O'Riordan will be heading along too.
All proceeds will help the IWA provide youth services and education, allowing people with physical disabilities to live independent lives.
