A temporary Do Not Swim Notice has been issued for Dublin's Loughshinny Beach for six days.
Fingal County Council says it's due to visual reports of sewage related material having been confirmed in the bathing area.
The council says a drainage investigation has started, and then a re-sample will be organised to lift the notice.
