Tayto Park will not re-open on June 18th.
Earlier, management had said the theme park would be ready to welcome back guests from Thursday week.
However, after reviewing regulations that were published yesterday it's been decided they will stay closed.
Anyone who had booked a ticket to enter the park from June 18th will be issued a refund.
Ray Coyle of Tayto Park says: “We’re terribly sorry, particularly given the huge amount of excitement and support we received this morning from everyone.
"Myself and the entire team at Tayto Park look forward to welcoming everyone when regulations allow.”
