Former world darts champions Phil Taylor and Raymond van Barneveld are set to lock horns again - from their own living rooms.

Barney has accepted a challenge from his former rival Taylor for a charity match on an electric dartboard, which would streamed live on Facebook.

Van Barneveld responded by saying "game on" and he's likely to play in Holland with "The Power" competing from his home in England.

“Everyone is craving for some live sport at these difficult times," said 16-time world champion Taylor of the upcoming game.

“I always love playing Barney, we have had some incredible battles down the years, and though we wouldn’t be in the same room, it would still be competitive as ever.

“The darts has lost a lot. There’s not any rivalries now, there’s nothing to talk about.”

Taylor dominated the rivalry before the two legends retired, winning in 61 of their 83 meetings - but Barney took the honours in the 2007 PDC World Championship final, which is consdired one of the best-ever deciders.

The upcoming match will be their first meeting since a clash in the Champions League in 2017.
