The Taoiseach has confirmed the re-opening of foreign holidays has been delayed.
The government had said it would publish a 'green list' of countries safe to fly to from July 9th - but that's now been pushed back to July 20th.
The cabinet will meet this afternoon to finalise the plans.
Micheál Martin confirmed the 'green list' wouldn't be published on July 9th.
"We will push back a decision to the latter part of July.
"We're taking a cautious approach to re-opening international travel, a very cautious approach."
