An even bigger hotel is to be built at the site of the former Clerys department store in Dublin.
The original plan for the former O'Connell Street shop was for 176 bedrooms, across seven floors.
However according to the Irish Times, the developer has secured planning permission for an extra two levels, bringing the number of rooms to 213.
It will also allow a planned restaurant to be expanded.
The hotel is being built at the old Clerys warehouse building on Earl Place, which has already been knocked down.
An Taisce had argued the revised proposal would block daylight for other buildings in the area but the plans were given the green light.
Retail and office space, along with a rooftop restaurant, bars and cafes are planned.
The iconic store shut suddenly in 2015, leaving 460 people without a job.
