The Union of Students in Ireland and the Rape Crisis Network are urging people never to be afraid to report incidents of rape to Gardai.
It's after a 20 year old woman made a complaint to Gardai after allegedly being seriously sexually assaulted in the Pheonix Park on Tuesday.
It's understood the allegations were made after the young woman took a taxi home from socialising at a city centre night club.
