Dublin City Council has given the green light for a €100 million re-development of Stephen's Green Shopping Centre.
DTDL Limited has been granted planning permission, after scaling back previous plans for the project.
A planner's report acknowledged the existing building is a local landmark, but noted it's not a protected structure.
