Sam Warburton will captain Wales against Ireland in Saturday's Six Nations match in Dublin. The Cardiff Blues flanker is named at open-side, with Ospreys' Justin Tipuric dropping to the bench. Prop Gethin Jenkins takes over at loose-head, with Andrew Coombs taking over from Luke Charteris in the second row. Warburton takes over the captaincy from second row Alun Wyn Jones, who led the team in their 23-15 win over Italy. Bath prop Paul James drops to the bench, but there is no place in the match-day 23 for centre Jonathan Davies, who made his comeback for the Scarlets on Saturday after two months out with an injury. Perpignan second row Charteris has a hamstring injury.
