He has been recognised for a series of outstanding performances during Ireland's Six Nation's victory.
The Six Nations winning Ireland team won the Team of the Year prize.
Niamh Briggs picked up the Women’s Player of the Year for a second successive season.
And Clontarf claimed the Club of the Year accolade, after winning the AIL for the first time in their history last season.
