The Dublin Hurlers have lost to Tipperary in their final game in Division 1A.
It ended in Thurles, Tipperary 1-19. Dublin 0-19.
Anthony Daly's side will now contest the relegation play off against Waterford.
The Dubs had raced into a 9 points to 3 lead after 20 minutes, with McCrabbe bagging five points. But the Boys in Blue only hit one more score in the first half to go into the break with a 10 points to 9 lead.
O'Dwyer, Sutcliffe, and McCrabe hit the first three points of the second half as it looked like Dublin had regained control of the game.
Tipp responded with a fine Maher goal, and soon had the game by the scruff of the neck. The sides were level with 15 minutes to go, but the Dubs never regained their lead.
A late rally from Dublin wasn't enough as Tipperary held on for the win.
Amazingly, both Dublin and Tipperary ended the season on four points with a points difference of minus ten.
Tipperary go into the quarter finals via the head to head rule.
Dublin will now go into the relegation play off with Waterford.

Kilkenny v Wexford.
