Toulon pulled away from Saracens in the second half to record a 23-6 win in this year's Heineken Cup final at the Millenium Stadium.
Toulon held a 10-3 lead at half time, with Matt Giteau getting the only try of the half, and Wilkinson adding five more points.
Owen Farrell cut the deficit with his second penalty of the game early in the second half, but a second try from Juan Smith gave the French side a big lead.
Wilkinson ended the game with two penalties, two conversions, and a drop goal in his final ever European game.
