Kilkenny hurling manager Brian Cody has once again shuffled his deck for Saturday's Allianz Hurling League clash with Clare.
The Cats are already assured of top spot in Division 1B following last week's 1-29 to 0-22 victory over Laois.
Last week's goalscorer Liam Blanchfield is among those retreating to the bench, with TJ Reid restored to the full-forward line.
There are a pair of alterations in the Kilkenny defence, with Padraig Walsh and Conor Browne starting in place of Joey Holden and Michael Carey.
Richie Leahy partners Richie Reid in midfield, with Conor Fogarty dropping to the bench.
There's a first appearance of the season for Walter Walsh, who takes the place of Martin Keoghan at centre-forward.
Reid's replacing of Blanchfield is the only alteration to the full-forward line.
