Day 2 of the Leopardstown Christmas Festival served up a number of thrills and spills to keep the thousands of punters in attendance entertained.
There were two grade one races to feast on today, with plenty of talking points from each.
The 1.15 Paddy's Rewards Club Chase was decided in the stewards room, with Simply Ned emerging victorious.
The Willie Mullins trained Min took off as a heavy favourite, and was first past the post, pipping Simply Ned by a nose.
However, after a stewards enquiry, the first and second places were reversed.
The drama didn't stop there as Whiskey Sour claimed victory in the Future Champions Novice Hurdle.
Favourite Mengli Khan fell early on which left Real Steal in front.
Khan was galloping towards the last alongside Sharjah, but both fell at the final hurdle.
That allowed David Mullins to cross the line first with Whiskey Sour.
