Leinster have confirmed that Ben Te'o fractured his forearm in last nights 33-8 win over Edinburgh at the RDS.
The centre will undergo surgery today.
He is expected to miss 6-8 weeks.
Te'o joins a packed injury list, which will leave Matt O'Connor with a selection headache over the next few weeks.
The centre could return for the back to back European games against Harlequins.
