Manchester City's Yaya Toure, Angel Di Maria of United, and the Chelsea trio of Eden Hazard, Diego Costa and Thibaut Cortois are all included.
Gareth Bale is the only player included from the home Nations, while his Real Madrid team mate Cristiano Ronaldo will look to retain his crown.
But Luis Suarez has not been included.
The Uruguayan was the top scorer in the Premier League last season with 31 goals, but his season ended in controversial circumstances as he received a four month ban for from all football activity after being found guilty of biting Italy's Giorgio Chiellini at the World Cup.
