Luis Suarez has apologised to Giorgio Chiellini and the entire football family for his bite on the Italian during Uruguay's defeat to them at the World Cup.
The Liverpool striker admits Chiellini "suffered the physical result of a bite in the collision he suffered with me".
Suarez deeply regrets what occurred and vows " to the public there will never again be another incident like this".
Gary Lineker has tweeted that the apology has happened cos Barcelona insisted on it before any transfer to the Catalans.
