Following long drawn out talks, Republic of Ireland international Anthony Stokes has signed a new deal with Celtic.
The striker turned down an initial offer from the Glasgow giants during the summer but it's been announced today that a new 3 year deal has been thrashed out by both parties.
The Dubliner has got off to a flyer this season, banging home 5 goals in 18 appearances.
Stokes was brought back to the international fold by interim boss Noel King following a two-year exile imposed by former boss Giovanni Trapattoni.
King started the Celtic forward in both World Cup qualifiers against Germany and Kazakhstan last month.
