Bohemian FC and Shamrock Rovers will renew their longstanding rivalry in the Dublin Derby for the opening game of the 2018 SSE Airtricity League season.
Stephen Bradley takes his young Rovers side to Dalymount Park for the game on February 16th.
Cork City begin the defence of their title against St Patrick’s Athletic while Bray Wanderers will look to put their off field issues to one side as they face the runners-up Dundalk on the opening day.
Waterford have home advantage on the opening night as they start their 2018 campaign against Derry City at the RSC whilst Sligo Rovers welcome Limerick to the Showgrounds.
Owen Heary’s Shelbourne begin their promotion push on the road as they make the short trip across the city to play UCD.
Cabinteely welcome Wexford to Stradbrook, two teams relegated last season will square off as Drogheda United meet Finn Harps.
Elsewhere on the opening weekend, Galway United meet Athlone and Longford Town play Cobh Ramblers.
